Tips for feedback

For best results, copy the template below into your email and fill it in. It helps prevent a lot of back-and-forth.

A screenshot helps a lot. On Windows, press Windows + Shift + S to capture part of the screen. On a Mac (coming soon), press Cmd + Shift + 4.

Writing is not needed for feedback

Please don’t send your project folder or manuscript unless we specifically ask. We can almost always help from a description and a screenshot.
